Pure Micronutrients Bone Support is a comprehensive bone health formula designed to support bone density, strength, and overall skeletal health. It combines calcium from two highly effective sources—calcium citrate and microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA)—along with essential cofactors including magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, zinc, manganese, boron, and silicon.
The formula was developed by our co-founder, a practicing nutritionist, after she was diagnosed with early-onset osteoporosis and wanted a practitioner-quality supplement without unnecessary fillers or compromises.
Each tablet contains 250 mg of elemental calcium.
4 tablets per day = 1,000 mg calcium
5 tablets per day = 1,250 mg calcium
Because the body absorbs calcium most efficiently in doses of 500 mg or less at a time, we recommend splitting your daily intake across the day.
We recommend splitting doses throughout the day:
2 tablets in the morning
2 tablets in the afternoon or evening
If taking 5 tablets daily:
2 in the morning
2 at lunch
1 in the evening
Taking Bone Support with food improves mineral absorption and reduces the chance of stomach discomfort.
Bone Support contains two complementary forms of calcium:
Highly absorbable
Gentle on digestion
Does not require stomach acid for absorption
Naturally occurring form of calcium found in bone
Contains trace growth factors and minerals
Shown in studies to support bone density more effectively than calcium alone
Research suggests that MCHA (also called ossein–hydroxyapatite complex) may be more effective than calcium salts alone for maintaining bone mass, particularly in postmenopausal women and individuals with osteopenia or osteoporosis. MCHA provides a bone-matrix–like structure that supports bone remodeling and strength.
The MCHA in Bone Support is sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised bovine bone from New Zealand.
Certified BSE-free
Produced from young bovine bone
No chemicals or artificial processing agents
